You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and place wagers on rina4d. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one active rina4d account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and potential permanent exclusion from the platform.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Misuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.
All withdrawal requests require completed identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's verified name. rina4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Any use of software, bots, algorithms, or collusion strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. rina4d employs active fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets, withhold funds, and permanently close accounts where abuse is detected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by our licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authorities for the resolution of any dispute.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and rina4d ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of all services offered through the rina4d platform at https://rina4d.cam. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the rina4d platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. rina4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and residency at any time. Accounts registered by persons under 21 will be closed without notice, and any real-money deposits held in such accounts will be returned to the depositing payment method after satisfactory identity confirmation.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not register an Account if you are acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party, except where expressly authorised in writing by rina4d. Corporate accounts are not offered on the Platform.
The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account with rina4d:
Each eligible individual may hold only one Account. Where rina4d detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual (determined by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof), all associated accounts may be suspended and any outstanding bonus balances will be voided. Genuine deposits may be returned at rina4d's discretion following a full investigation.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must also create a unique password of sufficient strength as directed by the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to a false name, incorrect date of birth, or fictitious address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. rina4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. You must notify rina4d support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. rina4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Registration constitutes an application to open an Account. rina4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. A registration is considered accepted only when rina4d sends a formal confirmation to the registered email address.
In order to process withdrawals and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, rina4d requires all Members to complete identity verification before any withdrawal request can be approved. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during an account's lifetime, particularly following large deposits or unusual transaction patterns.
Standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:
rina4d will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of complete documentation. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 48 hours. Members will be notified by email and in-platform message upon successful verification or if additional information is required.
If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the first formal request, rina4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, restrict betting activity, and ultimately close the Account. Genuine real-money deposits on a closed unverified account will be returned to the original payment source where feasible.
rina4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are accepted where supported. The list of available methods may be updated from time to time; Members should consult the deposit page for the current list of available channels.
All deposits are accepted and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in IDR. Deposits made in other currencies via international card will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; conversion fees may apply and are borne by the Member.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. rina4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. Members subject to responsible gaming deposit limits (see Section 9) may have lower maximum deposit thresholds applied to their accounts.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's rina4d Account within seconds of confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in the Account after 60 minutes, the Member should contact customer support with a copy of the transaction receipt.
rina4d reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Deposits made from third-party accounts (i.e., accounts not in the Member's own name) will be returned and may trigger an account review. rina4d does not accept deposits made with funds of criminal origin.
Members may request a withdrawal of real-money funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification has been completed to rina4d's satisfaction. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the verified name of the Account holder.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, rina4d may offer an alternative verified channel. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
rina4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating hours (06:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours. rina4d will communicate any delays to the Member via the registered email address or in-platform notification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal request page. rina4d reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) in a single transaction or in aggregate over a 24-hour period.
Funds originating from Bonus credits may only be withdrawn once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those funds.
rina4d may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, referral incentives, and other promotional offers to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Where any conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino games, table games, and certain jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward satisfying the Wagering Requirement. rina4d actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent exclusion:
All promotions have a defined validity period after which unclaimed or unused bonus credits will expire automatically. rina4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not adversely affect Members who have already accepted a bonus offer in good faith and are actively working toward the Wagering Requirement.
All bets placed through the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. rina4d will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest system error.
Sports betting on rina4d covers a wide range of markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures including Timnas Indonesia's Piala AFF campaigns), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets are settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets are subject to additional terms as displayed on the relevant market page.
rina4d reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after an event's outcome was already determined; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified; (c) the bet contravenes applicable rules of the sport or game; or (d) evidence of match manipulation or integrity breach is established by the relevant governing body. In all void-bet scenarios, the original stake is returned to the Member's Account.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting betting, where Meron and Wala refer to the respective sides), and other specialty game categories available on rina4d are governed by their own product-specific rule sets accessible within each game's information panel. Members are advised to review these rules before participating.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

We provide all Members with access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, temporary time-outs, and permanent self-exclusion tools — all accessible directly from the Account dashboard at any time. Members experiencing difficulty controlling their gaming activity are strongly encouraged to activate these tools immediately and to contact our support team for guidance. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of rina4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express prior written consent from rina4d.
rina4d endeavours to maintain Platform availability of 99.9% or greater. However, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. rina4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or power failures.
While rina4d takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, scores, and game results displayed on the Platform, the Company accepts no liability for losses arising from data feed errors, typographical mistakes, or result discrepancies that are corrected following official confirmation from the relevant governing body.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rina4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
rina4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if rina4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rina4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.
Members may request to close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days. Outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
rina4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
Where an Account is closed by rina4d due to a confirmed breach, outstanding balances (including both real-money and bonus funds) may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
rina4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, rina4d will notify active Members via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rina4d holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under Indonesian law to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
In the event of any dispute between you and rina4d, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. rina4d is committed to responding to all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the Member knew or ought reasonably to have known of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred and rina4d will have no obligation to consider them.
